
EASY STEPS FOR ASSEMBLING YOUR METAL CABINET
In today’s how-to project, we show you how to assemble a metal cabinet. Our 1830 series metal cabinet is the perfect solution for storage around your home, garage or shed.

Before putting the cabinet together, start by organising the parts into groups to make assembly quicker and easier.
STEP 5

Begin by attaching the front and base brackets to the side panels. Use the supplied self-tapping screws to secure them from the inside while someone else holds the opposite side.
STEP 6

Stand the unit upright and install the 2 back panels, again using the screws provided, making sure to leave the top screws on either side empty for now.
STEP 7

Install the top panel and screw it in place.
STEP 8

Once the external structure is together, add the wiring grommets and set the adjustable shelves at the height you require.
STEP 9

Finally, attach the doors. When adding the doors, check that the correct door is on the left and right. You can also use the provided spacer washers if necessary. Always ensure your cabinet is on a flat, solid surface for maximum loading and safety.
