General Enquiries

As we are a Bunnings exclusive brand we do not sell direct to the public. Our products can only be purchased through your local Bunnings Warehouse.

Our products are predominantly manufactured in China, but also Taiwan and Denmark.

Not all Bunnings stores are the same size. Smaller stores carry a smaller number of product lines because of a lack of space. However, if you’ve seen a product on our website or on the Bunnings site that you can’t find instore, you can always ask the Bunnings Special Orders desk to order the item for you.

Please check the packaging and instructions for warranty details. These will also have instructions about what do if you experience an issue or fault with any of our products. If you have any doubts or further questions about this, please contact us. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our products are only sold at Bunnings Warehouses in Australia and New Zealand. Our range of products, including Special Order items, is available to be ordered online from www.bunnings.com.au for Click and Collect or delivery.

Yes, this information is listed on the product page for each wire or chain item. You can use the menu at the top or the search bar to locate the particular wire or chain product you are enquiring about.

A copy of the instructions for this was included with the original retail packaging for this item. Pets

Both of our chicken coops have two resting perches. Depending on the breed of the chickens, we would suggest keeping 3-4 chickens in each.

Our pet enclosures are made from China Fir. This material is durable and resistant to rotting and insects.

Sheds & Garden

Small sheds will take about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete and larger sheds about 3 to 4 hours.

We recommend using two people to build our skillion sheds (small sheds) and three or more people for our gable sheds (larger sheds).

Prior to building your shed, we suggest that you spend 20 minutes checking the parts list and thoroughly read through the instructions.

You must complete your shed on the same day it was begun. Half completed sheds may void the warranty.

Assembly of sheds is not recommended during windy or rainy conditions.

Cyclonic kits must be installed while assembling your shed; they cannot be attached after your shed is built.

No, we do not provide this service. However, Bunnings does. Please contact your local Bunnings store for further details.

We suggest a minimum of two people for our Skillion Series Sheds and three or more people for our Gable Series Sheds. Otherwise, you can also contact your local Bunnings Warehouse to enquire about their assembly service.
