Can I buy direct from Pinnacle Hardware?
As we are a Bunnings exclusive brand we do not sell direct to the public. Our products can only be purchased through your local Bunnings Warehouse.
Where are your products made?
Our products are predominantly manufactured in China, but also Taiwan and Denmark.
Why does my nearest Bunnings Warehouse not carry all your products?
Not all Bunnings stores are the same size. Smaller stores carry a smaller number of product lines because of a lack of space. However, if you’ve seen a product on our website or on the Bunnings site that you can’t find instore, you can always ask the Bunnings Special Orders desk to order the item for you.
Do your products come with any warranty?
Please check the packaging and instructions for warranty details. These will also have instructions about what do if you experience an issue or fault with any of our products. If you have any doubts or further questions about this, please contact us. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Can I order your products online?
Our products are only sold at Bunnings Warehouses in Australia and New Zealand. A limited selection of our range is available as Special Order items and can therefore be ordered online from www.bunnings.com.au. The best thing to do is to check at the Special Orders desk of your local Bunnings store for details or give us a call with any further questions.
Do you offer technical advice?
Yes. Please contact our customer support team for assistance. Alternatively, the How-to section on our website also has videos and handy tips to help make assembly and installation easier.
What do I do if I am missing parts?
First, re-check each part against the parts list in the instructions. If for some reason, you still find you’re missing a part, please contact our customer support team.
Do you have keyed alike door entrance locks?
No, none of our entrance locks are keyed alike. Your local Locksmith is able to re-key our lock barrels which is a standard Lockwood keyway (LW4).
Do you have Dummy door handles and knobs for all your door furniture models?
No. However, where possible you can convert a passage door handle or knob from the same range to act as a dummy.
Do you provide instructions for your balustrading kits?
Please visit the How-To section for instructions and tips on how to use our balustrading kits. If you’re still stuck, feel free to give us a call.
What is the maximum distance between posts for my balustrading kit?
Please check with your local council to learn their balustrading requirements.
What wire is suitable for my balustrading kits?
The most common wire used is 3.2mm and we would recommend a wire construction of 7×7.
Do you have the working load limits for your wire and chain?
Yes, this information is listed on the product page for each wire or chain item. You can use the menu at the top or the search bar to locate the particular wire or chain product you are enquiring about.
I have purchased one of your travel locks and I don’t know how to reset the combination?
A copy of the instructions for this was included with the original retail packaging for this item. However, if you find for some reason these instructions are missing, there is a copy of these instructions available on our How-To page or type ‘Travel Lock’ in the search bar above to visit the product page.
What are your timber pet enclosures made out of?
Our pet enclosures are made from China Fir. This material is durable and resistant to rotting and insects.
Sheds & Garden
Do you have a shed assembly service?
No, we do not provide this service. However, Bunnings does. Please contact your local Bunnings store for further details.
How many people are needed to build a shed?
We suggest a minimum of two people for our Skillion Series Sheds and three or more people for our Gable Series Sheds. Otherwise, you can also contact your local Bunnings Warehouse to enquire about their assembly service.
Do your garden sheds come in colorbond colours?
No. We have four attractive colours: zinc, cream, grey and green. We are confident you will find one of these colours complementary to your chosen colour scheme.
Can I purchase additional shelves for my shelving unit?
No. Each unit has been designed for a set number of shelves only. The addition of extra shelves or modification to the unit will void the warranty.
I have lost the keys to my Metal Cabinet. What can I do?
You are able to purchase replacement keys for your cabinet by contacting your local Bunnings Special Orders desk.
How do I hang my vertical bike hanger?
The product page online for this product has images included to assist with this. Simply type ‘vertical bike hanger’ into the search bar at the top of this site to visit this page. If you’re still stuck, give us a call and we can send you out an image.
My new shelving unit has a half key hole at the top of the leg. Will it be as stable as my old one?
Yes, this update has improved the design of our shelving units. You will however, notice a slight difference in the keyhole heights on the leg posts and therefore the shelf heights will differ slightly between the newer and older models.
