ASSEMBLE YOUR 4 DRAWER MOBILE UNIT WITH THESE EASY STEPS
In this how-to video, we show you how to assemble one of our 4 Drawer Mobile Units. This unit is the perfect solution for storage around your home, garage and shed. Lockable with an adjustable shelf it provides versatile storage for items large and small and particularly those you may need to store safely.

STEP 3
Before you begin assembling your storage station, lay out all the parts in groups to make assembly easier and quicker. We recommend having a second person to help with the assembly process.
STEP 4
Begin by screwing the castor wheels to the base panel using the provided screws.
STEP 5
Attach the side panels to the base by lightly tapping them into place with a rubber mallet and fix them in place with screws.
STEP 6
Attach the back panel by lightly tapping into place with a rubber mallet and fix into place with screws.
STEP 7
Place the top panel into place and attach the locking mechanism.
STEP 8
To assemble the drawers, start by attaching the side panels to the back panel and fixing them with the provided screws. If you are having trouble lining up the screw holes, get a second person to push the sides together to line up the holes.
STEP 9
Fix the base of the drawer to the panels by using the provided screws.
STEP 10
Attach the front of the drawers and fix them into place with the screws. Place the safety covers over the screws on the inside of the drawer. Drawers should be assembled with the screws visible on the outside.
STEP 11
Repeat steps 8-10 for the remaining drawers.
STEP 12
Slot drawers into the sliders with the smallest drawer at the top and the largest at the bottom. Ensure that both runners are lined up straight and level, and do not force the drawers in. To remove drawers, lift up the plastic tab on both sides of the drawer at the same time, and the drawer should slide out from the runners.
STEP 13
To finish your mobile unit, place the anti-slip top liner on the top of your unit and the non-slip drawer liners into your drawers.
